"The Fairmont Quasar Istanbul was a great hotel to stay at while I vacationed in Istanbul. The hotel is located off of a busy freeway. If you happen to have a room that faces north like we did, you will hear sirens from emergency vehicles quite often, however Istanbul is a very large busy city, and most hotels that you stay at would be similar. If you can manage, try to get a room facing the south for a fantastic view of the Bosphorus river, and a quieter room experience. "
