"It is a good location. It is easy to walk to many places. The room was small, which is fine. It was for sleeping and showering. Most of the time we were out seeing New York."

"This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. The owner has provided many amenities, my husband appreciated the well stocked coffee"nook." We walked everywhere and it was fun to explore the waterfront. "Dr C (Cynthia) was an amazing hostess to us from beginning to end. Her place was nice and cozy, and very clean. There were nice touches throughout to make you feel at home, and she also greeted us with a welcome basket of treats. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport.
