"The covered wagon was perfect for our trip. A bit of rustic nostalgia with current comfort and amenities. The property has additional sites that were under construction so it was just my boys and I onsite. It was very fun and enjoyable for an end of summer trip before they go back to school."

"Beautiful property only minutes from downtown Mancos. This was a perfect place for our family trip ( 3 adults). We really enjoyed the ability to bring our two
dogs
along. The house was warm and comfortable. The hosts were excellent. The only drawback is the noise from the highway… but this was still so quiet compared the the city. "

"Sweet little cabin at the edge of a field on a rural property. Basic and sweet. Lovely breeze flowing through, and if not a little fan keep you cool. I found the upper bunk two warm but the futon just fine. Bring all of your food and spices. I was happy to hold up in the cabin for much of this day and listen to the breeze flowing through. The real highlight was Mancos, which has really blossomed since I was through here last. New coffee shop and cafes, the burro festival and natural food store....

"Our two families (with 5 kids) stayed here for an amazing 4 days! It is right next to Mesa Verde, so you spend your time on the porch looking out at the unimpeded park! The entrance gate is literally 1 mile away, so it's easy to come home for lunch! The central location is great for exploring the park as well as Canyon of the Ancients. The house is incredibly well-stocked with everything you need, neater than a pin, and fit our 2 families with 9 kids quite comfortably. Kids loved their own space...
