"I received a warm welcome when checking in at 11 pm on a Saturday night. I found the room clean and spacious. There was enough lighting in the room. The bathroom seems old. There is a huge LG TV. I appreciated the good wifi. The location is perfect. The staff (front desk, housekeeping and bell service) I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The cirque du soleil show Auana was superb. It had all the thrilling elements and acrobatic skills of a Cirque show with a Hawaiian theme."

"There are many walkable restaurants surrounding the hotel, and the beach is close. The bathroom is unusually small, and the pool isnt overly sunny due to the buildings all around but, on the whole, it was quite good value."

"The entire staff from check in to check out and everything between were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, and a keurig coffee maker. Just off the lobby there is a room with a machine for making regular and/or decaf espressos. If you want something more in coffee there is a Starbucks or a small cafe right next door. The zoo is across the street. The beach is also steps away. "

"The facility and room were better than expected and the staff freindly. Location is pretty touristy but iys close to the beach. The rooms were clean and in good repair. My only problem was with Hotels.com double booking two rooms, forcing me to pay for both because it was past checkin time."
