"One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to be offered early check-in instead. This was appreciated as we were able to change, freshen up and squeeze in a nap. Decent sized room with twin beds (not that comfy). Although no view, it was quiet and we couldn't hear street noise. Nice touch with robes, slippers, rubber ducky, soaker tub and shower, selection of teas and couple cookies. Arrived at LHR. Opted to take the Underground tube."

"Property is excellent however they need to get a ramp or bellmen to assist with luggage as there are a set of stairs and if you are carrying large luggage on your own it’s quite difficult. "

"Sightseeing shopping theatre and catch up with friends. Great location next to the city in bustling Shoreditch. Overground stop a few minutes walk and Liverpool Street station a mere ten minutes walk. Compact room but with an enormous 2m by 2m bed, rain shower, black out blinds etc etc. There’s a Pret virtually next door for breakfast and snacks on the fly. "
