"The owner was great and very responsive to any needs we had. My husband, his brother, my sister-in-law and myself, are all late 60's early 70's. Property might not be ideal for some people our age because of uneven flooring. The layout is a bit funky, but such a great location. The front porch is a lovely place to sit and watch wildlife. "First of all our entire group had a wonderful time at this lovely property. The manager, Katy, was outstanding and was very responsive to our needs. We did have two suggestions that might improve the stay. Our group included some elderly adults with balance and walking issues. The backyard had some lovely but for seniors challenging natural stones steps that were hard to navigate. Handrails would be helpful. "Cabin is adorable. Very clean. However, the water smelled strongly of sulfer and was brown when we ran the faucets initially. I’ve had properties with wells before and never experienced this. We would love to come back when the weather is better!"

"We chose this property because of the number of twin beds. We had 7 ladies in our group. Some of the rooms were small, but we made do. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for outdoor activities. Location is central to all places in the Leelanau Peninsula."
