"Ricardo and Adrianna from the kids club were awesome with my Grandkids I would return just because of them .The food in Casa Bella I would give a 5 out of 10 not alot of flavor and the meat was all over cooked .The rooms were clean but the beds could use an upgrading."

"Leaving today! Had a wonderful trip! Heard this resort will be Reno’d in August-December. The pools were beautiful and had character! Iguanas and Nacho the duck hung out everyday. Water aerobics class was so fun! The beach by the resort was outstanding. We took walks every afternoon as the tide is lower and lots more room to walk. The food was really good! The Mexican and Italian were awesome! The steakhouse was busy so if you want in go early!!! We never got to try it. The Asian food was meh… The entertainment was amazing! They know how to put on a show. I really enjoyed the Michael Jackson night! The whit party was insanely fun, and was like clubbing. Got your face painted by resort for the party. It was awesome! Loved that they had lots of hand sanitizer to use after touching all the handles to the spoons. Was super clean. The rooms were nothing too special, but were clean and nice and cool. The one thing that did really bug me so I hope they change it. Is they have the smokers all smoke by the lobby, so the lobby always smelled like smoke. Would probably be better to have them smoke a bit to the side so it didn’t blow as much in the lobby. If you have any issues walking ask for a lower ground room as the elevator is quite busy. We were on sixth floor and did quite a bit of stairs everyday. All in all it was an awesome resort! Very family friendly! Great service, great food, great entertainment. Can’t wait to come back after renos next year!! Best Trip! "

"Why is there a tiger in a cage on the property?! Ridiculous. There’s one building of the resort that hasn’t been renovated - they were going to put us there. We did not want that location because it was not what we expected. They forced us to upgrade and spend another $1600 for a more desirable room. They told us there’s a Standard room and a Superior room - you should make the difference more clear in the description. "

"stinky pillows not replaced despite requests. excellent buffet with seared ahi tuna! new system great as reservations not required for the a la cartes except the japanese. first come first served & waiting lists usually about 45 minutes & paged by text. churros available but not freshly fried like in the past & no mexican fiesta with traditional games. steakhouse new york strip with chimichurri so good. japanese could learn from other tepanyaki ginger & sesame sauces. no tamales or enchiladas at the mexican. tacos poolside were a treat! 24 hour starcafe had cappuccino, chai latte & pastries. usually boogie boards available for borrowing but here private co lets you buy ratchet but functionable boards & buys them back for $20. lifeguards lovely & tell you about the surf conditions to save you before you hit the waves! activities fun, dance lessons, aqua size, yoga & bingo. shout out to moni, marco polo and carlos for friendliness. traditional seed bead craft included. pool will be heated next month;(. evening show tickets expensive at $99/person. (never had to pay at other resorts.) higuera golf course next door fab & transport in golf cart included (we tipped). pool tables busy. cues and balls lent at reception if you leave id. wonderful wrist band with room key attached & no towel card required very helpful! coke zero & sprite zero in mini fridge! coco chases grackles. despite the pillow thing, our second time here & the quality of the food will likely draw us back. "
