Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . Please know that Marrakech has many interesting sites to visit. Please plan to stay at least 3 full days there to see all of the main sites. If you only have one full day, I recommend visiting Majorelle Garden/YSL Museum/Berber Museum& Bahia Palace.

Wonderful city with much to explore. As a comparison to other Moroccan cities, Marrakech was far superior to Casablanca, more authentically Moroccan vs. Tangier, clean and safe. The motor bikes, however are dangerous and spew noise & air pollution.

Marrakech is a very vibrant city. We mostly stayed within the city walls and did the touristy things, like all the museums, palaces + a visit to a dessert camp near Agafay. Marrakech seems very safe, it's a fun cultural trip to a different time.

If you want to get lost in the beautiful maze and haggle for some dodgy and some quality goods it's for you. If you want to relax all day on a restaurant roof terrace, also great. Brilliant weather in Feb. Very little alcohol, but you can find it.

Spend time wandering, it's a lovely city and the people are very friendly. The food is great and most places serve the same dishes so don't expect much variation. The service can be slow so be prepared to wait and enjoy the relaxed pace.
"Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff were incredible, they were attentive and generous but never overbearing. They could not do enough for us and our son, and they excelled themselves at every opportunity. The little extras they did for us made our holiday, and the riad itself is absolutely stunning. We didn't want to leave and I genuinely think about it a week on, missing the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It's perfectly positioned for the Palace and the souks and the pool is so welcome after a hot day exploring. The rooms are air conditioned and so comfortable and the food is absolutely incredible! "The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a veritable feast and set us up for the day. We would return in an instant. Thank you so very much."
"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "
