"Like: pools, many food choices, entertainment staff Dislike: The loud Band on the beach every day! Too many lounge chairs squeezed in (for the number of hotel guests) made them difficult to use. We prefer a shower only, not the awkward tub/shower in the room. The Towel Folding is cute, but not necessary."

"This hotel was great for me and my family, we felt safe there. Personnel standing at the front ready to greet us. We stayed during carnaval week location is about 20 min walk to the Mazatlan letters. Not bad I say. Overall our experience was great we stayed in 9th floor with 3 conector rooms, amazing views from all our balconies. "
