We booked 5 nights at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, but only stay 2 nights, because after visiting the Pueblo Bonito Esmeralda Bay for a day, we were amazed by the resort location, hospitality, food, relaxing atmosphere and the greenery. Then we requested to be transferred to the Esmeralda Bay, we spoke to reservation at the location and they were kind enough to grant our request at no extra cost, for the remaining of our trip...we realy love the Esmeralsa Bay and...

"Absolutely loved this resort - close to everything! The breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of choices! The rooms are clean and lots of hot water for showers! Staff is attentive and professional. Right on the beach with lots of chairs. I wish the pool opened a little earlier and getting ice can be a bit of hassle - otherwise - loved it here! We will be back. Highly recommend. "

"The view from our 14th floor balcony was outstanding. Our stay was 3 weeks and 3 times we needed to call down for a new access number for wifi. Much more convenient to have it for the entire 3 weeks. The location of the hotel is great. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. The pulmanias are the best invention.
