"Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient."

"Really nice property. Nice night of sleep, with good blackout curtains and excelent soundproofing (I did forget I was at the airport while sleepibg). Good bathroom with bathtube/ shower combination. Complementary pajamas, water bottles, coffe machine, and toiletries. "

"Perfect location near Shinjuku Station. The airport limousine bus stops here at various times during the day or it is a five minute walk to the bus terminal / NEX train. Some rooms are a little small, I could almost reach across the room from side to side. There is a hot water pot and refrigerator in the room."

"Nice big hotel. Our room was small, but very clean. The area is super busy, especially at night. Lots of restaurants and bars. Check in and check out was fast. "
