"After the first night, went for a shower in the morning and there was no hot water, the tap did not work. They quickly arranged for me to take a shower in another room and fixed the tap before the end of the day. So I did not have repack and change rooms, had my shower. The Front Desk was apologtic, gracious and acted quickly. Would be happy to stay there again, very convenient to downtown restaurants, attractions, including their annual Santa run which included folks in blue Santa suits (Everton Colors). Anfield was also close by which is why I went."

"Two-night stay, beautiful room, my only criticism would be it was a bit dimly lit, no bright mirror for applying makeup! Bed large and extremely comfortable. Bar areas very nice, lots of Beatles-related photographs. Would recommend to any Beatles fans - very close to The Cavern etc, literally next door!"
