"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"Second stay at Shamrock apartments another great stay. So close to all amenities, bus terminal so close, restaurants, shops etc.. hosts are attentive and quick to respond to any enquires. Appartment has everything you could need for your stay. Pool is small but clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Only negative not the appartments fault but a Scottish lady decided to sunbathe topless (which is not allowed) next to my 80 year old father, just because she wanted the particular bed he was using!! "We recently spent a week in Malta and loved our stay. We ran into a small issue our second day but the property manager was super responsive and the problem was cleared up with no real inconvenience for us. The property is located very close to major cultural attractions and restaurants but on a quiet street so no disturbances. I loved the architecture of the property and area. People visiting should be clear this is not a hotel and more of an apartment with a full kitchen and living room area....

"Lovely property right on the waterfront with nice view of the bay. Everything you could need in a nice two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the lift which Ruth sorted straight away. Not having a car was a huge bonus for me and bus stops are just along the road where you can get a bus where ever you want to go. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance which were all good. I would recommend this property very much."

"The owners Ray and his wife are very warm and welcoming and as they live above the apartments were onhand to answer any questions, give advice and recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Location was great, down a quiet road with plenty of parking. Lovely pool and well kept gardens.
