They didn’t change the sheets the week we were there even when I left a note asking to after 5 days. Spa was ok, facilities quite limited but great massage. Overall would recommend. "

"We booked in a Panoramic Suite 8647 and the room was superbly comfortable for 2 persons with full amenities and good for 4 persons with sofabed and 2nd bathroom in living room. The sea view from the very large panoramic terrace balcony was amazingly beautiful, picturesque and serene too👌👍👏. A few suggestions and some action notes.......just 2 coffee pods 👎...... Just 2 tiny body wash/shampoo sachets 👎 no food room service 👎 tap water had bad taste even when using it for the coffee machine...

"The staff was transparent about closing the resort for the next 2 to 3 years for rebuild. The facilities look extremely dated and are in a state of dilapidation. Our first room had a toilet seat that had rusted off at the hinges and mold in the shower. "We had a standard 2 bedroom apartment and stayed half board from Oct 25th - Nov 3rd 2024. The staff at Pergola are fanatastic. There was one particlar woman, who i think was managing the dinining staff, who was amazing and even brought treats for my 11 year old daughter who suffers a severe milk allergy.
