"Dead centre location very basic but very clean comfortable to a degree for the price no chairs tables hair dryer etc. just the basics, beds pretty much a mattes on a raised floor, modern lighting sockets & usb clean modern bathroom half the size of the bedroom a very nice shower too no windows which didn’t bother me! A tip bring a bottle of water with no windows aircon will make you thirsty!"

" The Good: The best part of this hotel is its access to public transportation. The Waterloo train line is across the street. There are many buses that pass on the same street as the hotel and one or two streets over. There are also grocery stores and many restaurants and cafés near by. "Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lady at the spa and pool was by herself and more staff are needed in that area. As a former lifeguard, it took 5 of us to clean sauna and poolside etc. Expecting one person to cope is unacceptable."

"Excellent stay- only issue with Expedia is misleading VIP bonus; states free drink pp per room, but it’s actually one drink per room per stay. Also, there isn’t a free fitness room as advertised; have to pay to use facility in adjacent building. When looking for a hotel, gym was important and I entered that in my filters. "Amazing staff… Rama at reception and the door bell on our way out, such a wonderful man, we were late and we asked him for a ride to airport, he was comforting and able to get us a driver on time and helped with baggage. I wish I had the time to give him at least a thank you tip."
