"The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe."

Graceland Bucket List!

"This hotel is awesome!! If you are staying in Memphis to see Graceland then you are crazy not staying here!! This is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and we always stay at nice places! You are really in the Elvis atmosphere staying there! It is a very classy place. Every night they show an Elvis movie as well. We went both nights. They have a free hotel to airport shuttle and when we landed we called and they were there in fifteen minutes!! They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the Elvis Experience which is where you start the Graceland And museums tours . We did tip the driver which you should . They didn’t ask just did it. It is a 4 star hotel but I say closer to 5 stars!! Uber is there quick to if you want go do things around Memphis as well! We absolutely loved the place!! Didn’t want leave . "
