"Very comfortable home that worked well for our party of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Pleasant and quiet. Extra half-bath and washer/dryer were a plus. Conveniently located to visit the Sand Dunes and the Colorado Gators Reptile Park. It was great that they had things like cornhole as well as sleds for the dunes. We would definitely stay here again for future trips. Thank you to our hosts."
