"The front desk check in guy was not kind or friendly, I believe he gave me the worst room on the 4th floor right next to the maint shop. The next morning maint tech. had his work cart almost blocking our room door. Maint Tech was watching videos and very loud around 8:30 am - looked up never said hello or good morning. On the other hand Ms. Dee was kind, positive and greeted me every morning of our stay. Ms. Dee also enteracted with several guest at breakfast and asked each day if I needed...

"Excellent staff. Had to extend our stay and they made it seamless. Good breakfast. Better than the Wingate we stayed at the weekend before in Blacksburg. Room was clean. A little outdated, but in good shape. Could use a new showerhead. Only real bummer was the outside noise.
