"Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. "We arrived at the property but were unable to get a proper address or access code.We were unable to contact the property owner at all and neither could the VRBO representative I contacted to assist us. We had to find alternative accommodation which was very inconvenient and frustrating. We felt like we had been scammed!!Do not reserve this property!!!"
