Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie
10/10 Excellent
"Huge room. Very comfortable. Location was good. "
"Comfortable studio, friendly staff, convenient location, pleasant stay. Dishwasher would have been great, but I did without it. Another small suggestion is to add a smaller pot for cooking something like an egg or hot cereal. I'd also suggest adding a flyer or QR code for online appliance instructions (stove, microwave), as it took me a while to figure out how to operate them in an exact way I wanted (controls are not 100% intuitive). One real small pain point was one of the washing machines being out of order for entire week. Wewash knew about it but didn't seem to be bothered by it enough to come and fix it. This caused a "traffic jam" on the night I wanted to do laundry. Other than that, it was great. "
