"We noticed the 2x2 fluorescent light fixture didn’t work as you enter the room. It may be lamps or a bad ballast. I’d recommend just swapping to a led light fixture. "

"Good as usual, it is our preferred place to stay and usually goes very well. This time I booked a junior suite and was given a standard room. At the time I was there I did not have a copy of my reservation so thought it might have been my mistake, it was not. When I returned home I verified the reservations. We were moved because of an issue with the first room, but we were moved from a standard to another standard room. I will not make that mistake again."
