"The suite was very clean and spacious. It was equipped with a coffee maker and kettle and kitchen. The bath area was also spacious and super clean. The view from the balcony was very pretty. The elevators worked quickly. Complimentary waters were provided daily (2 per day). The work out room was well equipped and had a good view too. The front desk texted and was always available. Thank you Hilton!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay in room 420 of the Palmetto Tower, which had three bedrooms and a nice overview. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the jetted tub in the master bathroom was especially enjoyable. The only downside was when someone knocked on the door claiming to be from "pest control." I was hesitant to open the door for an unknown person, so I called the front desk. They confirmed that pest control sometimes goes door-to-door and that I could decline the service. "
