They also has the best location as the tram immediately stops in front of the hotel.We will definitely stay again! "

Maybe if travelling by car you are informed that you need to park in the car park first and be advised where the car park is in location to the hotel. This would make arrival smoother. "Based on previous comments I was concerned about the self check in but that was all fine. O only problem was the airline didn't deliver my luggage and since there was no front desk they couldn't deliver so I had to go back to the airport. The service was rated so poorly because there was none. The owner sent an email to see if everything was alright but when I responded it indicated it was undeliverable to sender!? Great location"
