"Anastasia, the front desk manager was outstanding! She helped us tremendously when booking day trips. She gave us incredible advice on delicious restaurants. Highly recommend. We also use the spa service and it was lovely. It is very convenient. Bus stops right outside the door of the hotel. Walkable to the Royal Mile. "

"All staff members were super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We particularly enjoyed spending time with Shea. The only minor issue with the room was that an explanation of what had to be done for the lights to work was not given upon check-in. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Clean comfortable hotel, well placed for local attractions. The check-in staff are very pleasant and helpful. They do not serve meals, apart from breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces and the nearby multi-storey car park is VERY expensive."
