"We had a really enjoyable stay! The attention to detail throughout the hotel and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The spa was lovely, though a bit small, so it can get busy quickly. We visited early in the mornings and late at night when it was quieter. I’ll definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future!"

"The location was fabulous - only a few steps away from Edinburgh Waverley train station. Very convenient. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived a couple of hours early which was great and they were able to hold our suitcases for a couple of hours after we checked out - again very convenient. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The location is excellent; you can walk anywhere in the city in under 15 minutes. I stayed in the Junior Double room, which was very comfortable and cozy, as well as clean. It had a small window overlooking an interior patio, but that didn’t bother me given the purpose of my stay. The bathroom with a bathtub was also clean. Bed really comfortable too. One thing I didn’t quite understand was why there were several holes around the room, which I ended up covering with paper since, traveling alone, it was a bit unsettling. Overall, I have a very positive impression of this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"The perfect location between Old Town and New Town. It was a quant hotel with easy access to transportation - the bus from the airport dropped us off just on the bridge across from the hotel. It's a bit of an odd layout and it was a bit of a maze to find the room. But it was comfortable and we'd stay there again!"

"Just finished our stay here for our 2nd year anniversary. The hotel is so nice and the staff were great, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The hotel is in great location for exploring the city both new and old. Will definitely stay here again when we come back. "

"All staff are friendly. The lobby serves as a small bar at night. Cheap drinks are serve here. Breakfast wasn't bad. It's a continental breakfast so it's a great way to start your day. They also has the best location as the tram immediately stops in front of the hotel.We will definitely stay again! "
