"The balmoral did not disappoint. Everything was top notch. If I had to make a complaint it would be that tea in the palm court missed an opportunity to educate guests on the many teas available and perhaps aid in the decision making. Also the little sandwiches at the tea were not to our taste, but everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel as an expensive, but well worth it experience."

"Stayed at the Tigerlily with my family. It was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The staff at the restaurant and check-in were very welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean and accommodated all of our needs. The location was excellent and very central to everything Edinburgh has to offer. We definitely recommend the Tigerlily and will stay here the next time we return to Edinburgh. "

"What a cute boutique hotel! The room is very lovely with beautiful artwork throughout the hotel and room. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom large with plenty of hot water. We didn't eat in the restaurant or use the bar, but they look lovely. Front desk is very helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again. "

"There are so many things to say about this property, but the staff was the shining star. Everyone from the door staff to the front desk, concierge, and bar was kind and extremely helpful. They helped curate our experience both inside and outside the hotel and made our trip one of a kind. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. We will 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are in Edinburgh."
