The room was clean and pretty. They had nice options for water and coffee, but all were only available for purchase. There’s no complimentary breakfast, which I was surprised by. When you buy food from room service, it is only a little better than average and it’s very overpriced. I spent $32 on an unsweetened (though it was meant to be sweetened) bowl of oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and a glass of milk. They were considerate in leaving condiments (though still no sweetener). Overall the experience wasn’t bad and the shuttle was convenient.

The receptionist was very rude, the beds and pillows were very bad, the tub was clogged and was not fixed for 3 nights, the hot water did not work properly, I would not stay at this property again.

Check in was an inconvenience. They state that check-in starts at 3pm. We arrived a little before 4pm and had dinner reservations for 4:30pm. We were told by the front desk that our room would be ready in 5min. 35min later we were still waiting to check in. Every time we asked how much longer the answer was always 5min. I would have been ok if they were just honest and told us that it would be an hour and maybe just gave us a night of fee parking for the inconvenience. Then we could have checked in to our room after our dinner and show.
