"Not enough staff at the main bar area, The staff that worked that shift were outstanding ,but there wasnt enough of them ,tables not cleared ,long wait for food, people leaving or complaining to the working was not fair on them,they were working their socks off."

"We had a great stay in Bristol at the Marriott Royal. Room was really clean including the bathroom. Nice comfy beds with spotless sheets. Buffet breakfast set is up for the day. "

"Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
