"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. "Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
