"The stay was just okay. We got in late and the lock on our room door was not functional. We could not get in. Evidently the front desk staff was unaware of this because I went back 3 times for new keys. It wasn’t until the security staff let us in that we found out it was a known issue. They said they would move us to a new room in the morning and said we would be comped for the breakfast in the morning. They were true to their word on that. "I would give this a 5 star stay and I would have gone lower with overall stars but the staff was incredible handling an issue we had. For the amount of money we paid- we expected more. The biggest issue was the AC in the room wasn’t working and the room temp was 84 degrees. Again- because of the staff making it right so quickly with no hesitation I would stay here again. "
