The single room was well equipped, clean - the bedding in particular was fresh - and with air-con and a fan for comfort. Cons 1. "Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost...

"The Paragon Airport Hotel in Hanoi is a comfortable and convenient place to stay between flights. It’s clean, offers nice and spacious rooms, a decent breakfast and a free ride back to the airport. "This was a nice basic hotel, less than 10 minutes from the airport. The room was large, with AC, fan and wifi. My room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but the front desk guy carried my heavy suitcase upstairs. Just be aware of the stairs. In the morning, there is a coffee shop just 20 feet away across the ally from the front desk. Good for a one-night stay on a layover."

"We stayed for a night here while transiting through hanoi. They were very responsive to all my queries and went above to make sure I was taken care of. We had a late night flight and asked for checkin a day later and they responded to my request immediately. Had a cab come to pick us up at the airport as we were landing at 2 AM in the morning. Overall I would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a place near the airport."

"This hotel was a 10 minute drive to the airport. The surrounding area had several restaurants but there’s not much else if you’re looking for activities. Mr. Henry also mentioned this and offered to arrange transportation if needed. He was friendly and helpful , and the breakfast was delicious and generous. "Got there about 9:30 pm after two hour delay on flight. No restaurant opened at night in hotel! We were told to go blocks away on foot —name unknowN—but nothing open. Night and morning staff know little English so no help in finding us a doctor. They were out of half breakfast choices due to Tet but Tet over two days before. No cut fruit with breakfast and coffee pot out."

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!"
