"It’s a nice place to stay if you’re not on a budget. For the price there are deficiencies. Elevators are filthy and buttons don’t always work. Also reeks like marijuana in the common area. "

"Location was very good. We had an issue with the room next to us having a party, it was handled immediately. The Manager on duty 3/27 was WONDERFUL - we arrived at about 2 am and he was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but there were very few options. They do not answer the phone for in room dining. Also, one of the bartenders was incredibly rude to a guest and said 'You are asking for too much for free' as the guest walked away when a guest had asked for some silverware butter...

"The property is in a decently central location on South Michigan Avenue and there is easy access to red line trains within a block. Was good for the price. Only thing I didn’t like was that when I used the shower the lip of the shower was not tall at all so I got water all over the bathroom floor. "

"I saw a lot of bad reviews the night before I stayed (and too late to cancel), so I was nervous. I didn’t need to be, the stay was phenomenal! My room was perfect, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly, the area was safe, the hotel was within walking distance to where I had to be. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The price was right too! I checked out on a Saturday and already by Sunday, my full deposit has been returned. I did not use parking is the only thing I can’t really comment on but PLENTY of parking nearby! Definitely recommend. "
