"The Four Seasons Sydney is fabulous. We had a partial harbour view which ended up looking directly at the Opera House. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! We dined at Mode Restaurant for a late lunch. We were thrilled they cater for so many dietary restrictions. My partner is coeliac and there are so many choices. The food exceeded our expectations. Every form of transportation you need is pretty much across the road. You really can’t ask for anything else. All boxes ticked. The staff were all outstanding, thanks to front and back of house for making our stay memorable! "

"I don't enjoy the climb up the hill to the hotel at the end of everyday. But the rooms are unmatched in quality, bedding, mattresses etc. Reception staff can be a bit formal and process adherent. Other Shangri la locations are friendlier in my experience. "
