"Lovely historic building, with stylish and welcoming interiors in all rooms and a lovely roaring fire in the reception area. Lots of nice comfy sofas and seating areas. Bedroom was very comfortable, nicely decorated, the en suite was modern and well maintained. Dinner menu was delicious, with attentive and curteous waiting on tables. Breakfast was also exemplary. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer if we could. "

"From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! "All the rooms are on the ground floor, separate from the main building. The one we stayed in was a good size, clean and comfortable. We were here for 3 nights, however you could easily stay much longer as there was plenty of drawer space and a decent sized wardrobe.
