"What can i say, except WOW 👌 👏 What an amazing staff. They rock 癩I took my wife to Kelowna for her birthday and we decided to stay at the Ramada. The location was on Harvey ave, across the Orchard mall. They had done up the room for a little birthday surprise for my wife and went above and beyond to make sure it was done before our arrival being such a busy location. We stayed there 7 days and it felt like it was our second home because of the exceptional service and the warm welcoming. All staff were outstanding especially Eileen and Lucas. Many thanks to all staff. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. It was truly amazing. The Mickies Pub there was great also, friendly staff and great food. This Ramada location will always be our place of stay each time we are in Kelowna 😁❤️癩❤️"
