Lake Buena Vista was top notch for our vacation to Orlando! Very clean property with a lot of convenient options nearby for dining and shopping. The kids LOVED the pool area. Frankie Farrell's restaurant was a fun place. Good food and good vibes. But what i loved most, was the staff at every touch point was extremely friendly, helpful and cared! Definitely would recommend!!

The rooms have enough space but the they sure need remodeling very bad, the internet was very poor, they bed room furniture was horrible the Tvs are very old and small! And the hole time i was there (6 days) we never got to see the tv because it didn’t work….. over all the experience vas poor and i would likely not return

Great. We just did not have hot water in both showers but they came and fixed that right away. We have an altercation with another family that yelled profanities at my wife for telling their kids it’s not right to skip in the lines. The manager on duty handled it correctly. Will definitely go back. Very clean and great spacious rooms. The pool was amazing.
