"Overall, this hotel is pretty cool! Great art concept, super friendly staff, great location. Quick walk to the historic area of Kyoto and to shopping and bars. Our carpet in our room was dirty, as was the carpet in the hallway, but nothing spot treatments cant get rid of. Great amenities, like slippers, robes, and toothbrushes. Only major issue we gound was the pillows...they were super uncomfortable and rock hard. Would consider this place again, shpuld we visit Kyoto again! "

My MIL left her camera at the lobby and they were responsive when contacted via the hotels.com app. Location is walking distance to Dohtonbori and Kuromon market. Good places to eat nearby as well. 10/10 would recommend. They also provided kawaii kiddie slippers for my son. So thoughtful. No english tv channels though but it dont matter :)"

"Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores. "
