Had a great stay here. Shoutout to Kevin at the front desk; super helpful! Felt very safe here; they lock the front doors at night and you just have to ring the doorbell to be let in. One cleanliness concern: I found some hair on one of the towels in my room!

Definitely not what I was expected for this price. Room was dirty starting from the main area ( where I found multiple women’s hair clip which means that room wasn’t cleaned at all. You can not miss them in the middle of the room), ending with mirror in the shower where I saw hand prints and water streaks from cloth. I have photos of all this issues. Also, noise from the air condition was terrible I could not sleep all night, the sound was very very loud and it was working every 20 minutes. We were lucky that we stayed only for one night, I will never come back to this hotel in the future and will not recommend it to anyone. Also, coffee in the restaurant for 5$ bucks small cup was like I gas station coffee for 1$. I strongly suggest to do smth with the condition of the hotel or at least change price to smth reasonable, not 260$ per night

Staff are very nice and friendly. Room is clean. Parking entrance is little bit tricky but overall it’s a nice place to stay if you’re visiting. Walking distance to nearby attractions.

Check in staff were great. Nice water in lobby. Mattress was soft. Low water pressure. Towels were not soft. Bathroom did not have enough shower soaps. No pen in room. Front door broken to hotel. Cannot beat location and price combination. Plain simple option to the other high ends in the area. Probably will not stay again solely as I want to be a little spoiled when I go away. Nothing overall with the hotel.

Great location. Front desk very friendly and great service. Signage for parking garage could be improved.. easy to miss. Should also have a mirror for safety as you approach the sidewalk/road. The location was convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was adequate. The bed was comfortable with two types of pillow options--soft and firm. The body wash and shampoo were suspiciously similar...but smelled nice. My only complaint is that the hallway, stairwells, elevators, and especially the front entry area smelled off--like a mix of mold and maybe natural gas...I'm not quite sure how else to describe it.

The staff were lovely & the hotel was in a great area but unfortunately we ran into a lot problems during the stay. We didn’t get hot water for 15 mins trying to shower, we could hear everything happening outside the room & beside us which made it difficult for sleep, our room also had a bad carpet job with noticeable missing pieces by the walls. Our wifi throughout our stay also did not work In regards to parking , staff was very helpful with finding it but definitely a tight squeeze. Although the staff were positive we wouldn’t stay again due to the little things building up
