"The hotel itself is great. The only downfall is the area. Although it is very close to the Byward Market, and downtown Ottawa, the surrounding area is run down and I felt unsafe walking from the hotel to the Byward Market. "

"C’est un bel hôtel qui a l’air encore neuf. Nous avons apprécié la chambre séparée du salon. La chambre était spacieuse. Il n’y avait pas de table ni de chaise pour manger confortablement dans la chambre. La piscine et le spa sont des atouts très intéressants pour les familles ou les couples qui veulent relaxer. De plus, l’endroit est près de plusieurs restaurants et du Tanger Outlet. "

"I've stayed here twice before and although the furniture was slightly dated back then they've completely updated all the rooms which are really nice with the exception of the beds. The beds are to firm, I pretty much spent the nights waking up sore every couple hours and having to change position. If I were 10 years younger they probably would have been fine. No so much now."
