"Nice room, friendly staff, very good food morning and evening, ample car parking (which really matters in Oxford, where street parking in the centre is outrageously expensive). Only problem was that I couldn't get the radiator in my room to work. Acceptable now (the heated towel rail did work), but will be a problem in winter. "

"Staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, from receptionists to cleaners. We use this hotel as a base for visiting granddaughter at the University, it is convenient for that, for shopping in the Westgate Centre and for some beautiful walks along the river."
