"The stay was amazing 4 nights and we were treated with respect and courtesy through out the whole stay. My wife has allergies to many different foods and we stopped by the Bar on the 5th floor for evening desert and a night cap. When my wife went to order a desert there was only desert with peanuts left so we ended up leaving. We went back the next day the same waiter who waited on us the night before went downstairs brought her up some cheesecake with Blueberries and it made her night that he went out of his way. Every night we went back and the waiter went down and got her something without nuts (cheesecake once again). Just the fact that he was willing to help and had an amazing attitude was incredible. We also used the concierge for service and he pointed out some great adventures which we followed to a tee and was very pleased. The same concierge was able to find us a driver and car to go to Gozo and spend the day with him and really see Gozo in its entirety. The breakfast staff was also amazing it was nice to be treated so well. Thank you for our stay!"

" Fantastic Experience at Intercontinental Malta Our family visited Malta in August 2024, and our stay at the Intercontinental Malta was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable service. Special thanks to Elsa at reception and Katerina Angelkovska, the Guest Experience Manager, for their personalized and efficient attention. Our 42m² room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the sea and gardens. The amenities were top-notch, including slippers, bathrobes, and an excellent bathroom. Santa, who took care of our room, made our stay even more enjoyable with her outstanding service. Bolong, who looked after our children's room, was equally attentive and ensured everything was perfect for them. The hotel facilities are luxurious: multiple pools, including a rooftop one, a full-service spa, and a private beach. Breakfast was a highlight, with excellent service and a wide variety of options. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Malta's attractions and vibrant nightlife. We had a small issue with the bed configuration in our children's room, but the staff quickly resolved it, even with the hotel fully booked. We highly recommend Intercontinental Malta for a memorable stay. Our family loved every moment!"

"Absolutley loved this hotel. Very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Room was gorgeous, spotless and had a well stocked mini bar, bathrobes and slippers. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which worked perfectly and overlooked a bay view. The sister hotel was also amazing, and we tried a few Hugo restaurants which were also 10/10, especially the pan Asian one! Area is VERY busy, and is quite loud at night but our room had good soundproofing on the windows which kept most of the night out. Hotel is a few minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Only downfall was the infinity pool wasn't in use, so you had to you the sister hotels. We tried every day but couldn't get a sunbed or comfy seat at the other pool. Overall I would recommend and would likely stay again if I return. Perfect location! "

"Be.hotel is great if you like to be next to shops, bars, clubs, bowling, cinema and the beach is a 2 min walk. Car park underneath is very handy. The open top bus stops at the end of the street. Nice rooftop pool. Our 13 yr old wasn’t a fan as only adults there. It’s not a hotel for kids to find friends but we went out every day as we know Malta very well. She liked the bubble tea over the road! Restaurants close by are good. Great staff, they dealt with everything we needed and always with a smile. Cleaning staff lovely and helpful. Good laundry service. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice. Could slightly hear the clubs late at night but didn’t disturb us. Liked the water machines to refill bottles for the room. Overall great stay 👍"
