"We wanted a place where we can walk to the main tourist attractions such as Opera house etc, this is a ideal place, very colourful deco all around, I am not a big fan of the see through toilet /shower though :(. Its in the middle of the LGTBQ area and very vibrant and interesting Car parking cost us 40AUD a day in the basement. overall a very good stay"

"Location was great for me. Liked the option of not needing room service every day. As a solo traveler my didn't need cleaning every day. Breakfast buffet was very good. The lack of elevators was frustrating. Would have liked the option of making tea/coffee in my room. Overall I would stay again."

"Family of 4 with 2 pre-teens, we stayed for 5 nights. Great little affordable place, kitchen suited our needs. Size of the room was decent for 4 people. Beds were comfy and it was pretty quiet. Good laundry facilities too. Slight downside was that it’s not that convenient for public transport - 25 mins walk to CBD / Circular Quay. We got quite a few $11 uber rides to CBD to save time. Would stay again for the price. "

"Most amazing service! Friendly reception staff and available 24/7. Clean and serviced rooms daily, so nice to go back too! Bedding was nice and the pillow menu a bonus. Tea bags were delicious, had to take the remainder home with me! Beautiful big towels and good bathroom. They looked after our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to go the airport and that was a life saver!!! Amazing service to offer!"

"The property location was superb the staff was super nice, the negatives the bed was abit more the stiff side than soft that is personal preference but what gave this 4 stars over 5stars was the tv selection was woeful and the body lotion in the shower felt watered down other than that, staff location price outstanding."
