"Room was clean, kept cool by the ac, had a tv, fridge, bathroom supplies, etc. There was no housekeeping during our stay but that was to be expected. There is also no front desk, however the communication with the staff at the hotel via email was excellent. Check in was a breeze with the instructions they provided. Anytime I had a question, they answered within hours. The hotel is near restaurants (3 minute walk), laundry store (3 minute walk), beach (10-15 minute walk). Ubers to Old San Juan...

"This hotel was exactly as advertised. We felt this was an excellent value. The property is secure. We felt very safe in the hotel & neighborhood and had an excellent time!!! Angel was fantastic at communicating and we really felt valued as guests. This place is right by the beach & the hotel has an outdoor shower so you don’t have to worry about tracking sand into your room. This was a very walkable neighborhood with lots of fantastic restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. "
