"The hotel was very new, clean and beautifully decorated. The price was very reasonable and it was situated in a great central spot for us to visit Rome and Naples. Just be prepared to use google translate a lot as they do not speak much English, which was fine as I know we are in Italy, but I think we were hoping a hotel would have someone who would be able to communicate in other languages. "We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building.
We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so.

"Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks. "
