"I stayed in Aura hotel for 5 nights. It is nice and clean, located within a walking distance from Times Square. Check in and check out were easy. Front desk staff were polite but not always available when I called them. Dining was available with numerous restaurants in the area and a delivery service. "

"This hotel was excellent, beautiful foyer and rooms. Location was exactly what we were looking for. I don't think the other facilities or amenities were that great for the price. We paid $400 p/n plus taxes and additional charges. Loved the hotel (stayed for my 40th for 5 nights) but was extremely disappointed upon checking in to find out that the pool was closed for the season, arrived on 25th September 2024. This was not stated on Expedia site and the main reason for hotel selection; otherwise...
