"Requested handicapped/accessible when placing reservation but was told none were available. I was first offered a room with a bathtub.I cannot lift my right leg for than a few inches so getting into a shower is dangerous as I am a fall risk. I was told to wait and a roll in shower should become available. I waited…… I finally got a room but received a step in shower instead. Still risky but managed to get in. "Overall, the stay was very good. Room was spacious and clean. There were a couple of nits. One -- the room has some built in USB ports -- however, for the room I was in, they did not work. There was also a lamp on the desk that did not appear to have an on/off switch. The only way to turn it off -- you had to unplug it. Lastly, the breakfast area was in an open air area. Which could be a little cold in the morning. All minor nits -- but overall a pleasant stay."
