The room was very tired with stains on the wall looked like drinking chocolate and carpets could do with a deep clean but room was ok for an overnight stay. "Lots of on-site parking, easy walk into town, its bed only no breakfast but that was fine for us, oddly there was no one on site, access to the property was by emailed code which was tapped into the front door access panel, but that was OK for us, same with the rooms.
