"This property was perfect for our family!! There is plenty of room to spread out and everything you need to enjoy Peaks Island. We used the bikes to explore the island and the location was very close to town. My kids used the paddle board and enjoyed swimming at the beach. It has everything you need for a great vacation!!"

"We had a wonderful time on Peaks Island. Peaks Island is a special place to me as my maternal grandfather’s family was one of the first families to settle on the island. The Libby cottage reminded me of my grandparents house on the island. My grandchildren loved the cottage. They played a lot of ping pong in the spacious yard. "I would recommend updating the cottage and cleaning better and sprucing up the yard and exterior. The rugs were especially dirty and time to replace. The wood floors would be a better look. Unfortunately I can’t recommend staying here until some improvements are made and property is better cared for. Owner was great to work with and I don’t think would take much for this to be a great rental. Again having the kayaks was a highlight of the trip and I love Peaks.
