"Bathroom was awful. No room to hang towels, floor covering looked like tar, badly in need of modernisation. Poor standard. Bedroom no chairs, no BBC coverage on TV, beds comfortable, room clean, tea and milk not readily available. Dining areas very clean. Staff we met were always friendly and polite. We had wonderful steak meal on Friday night. "
