I liked the location. It was one block away from 5a avenida. Everything was walking distance. The hotel was clean. The pool on the roof top was nice. I did notice the waiting room was hot. It felt like thay didn't have the AC on. They had fans next to the front check-in desk for the poor employees. When got the room it was also hot. The AC was off, and it kept turning off. There was a sewer smell in the rooms. Other than that it was ok.

I loved almost everything about the hotel, close to 5th Avenue, ATM downstairs along with 2 convenience stores and 3 restaurants, 2 pools and a great fitness center. However there's potential for improvement. Towels weren't always available at the club upstairs, Friday night the neighborhood music was extremely loud (not in hotel's control). A final comment - I noticed some water leakage around the toilet cistern on the floor on the last day, I was leaving so didn't complain but I wonder if there's a plumbing issue which would be a serious thing.

Terrible experience. Extremely noisy area with bars blasting loud music every night, ear plugs required to sleep. Water faucet broke, closet door broke and AC broke on the final night. Hotel staff very unhelpful saying that the ac was down in the entire hotel and couldn't give me a new room, when the lobby had AC. Finally they did give me a new room which shows they were lying and simply didn't want to change rooms.
