La Petite Lafitte hit all of the right buttons for my wife and me. It was quiet when we waned it to be and appropriately festive with a great day bay and music at dinner. The staff are what make a place special, and from the greeters to the wait staff and maintenance crew, they were all top notch friendly and always looking to make our stay perfect. We will return and share with others our perfect retreat.

We had a truly perfect stay! We booked a beachfront room, and waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning was absolutely magical. The service throughout our stay was exceptionalā€”every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making everything completely stress-free. Choosing this hotel for our anniversary getaway was the best decision we could have made. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back. The beachfront bungalow was wonderful! The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and varied. We especially enjoyed our lovely server, Marianna. A unique hotel with a beautiful beach and pool. I hope to go back!

Love our stay in Petit Lafitte, the location, the ambience, the food, you truly relaxing and feeling taken care of in this hotel. If I were to add a small ā€œeven better ifā€, would be a little refresh of the rooms. This is not a big deal though as youā€™re not spending too much time there - you enjoy the beach, the restaurant and outdoor seatings.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The propery itself is just small compared to other resorts but it offers real value for money. The food was good at their restaurant and the facilities, even for a small hotel, are quite cozy and comfortable. We like the tranquility and the charming vibe that comes with this boutique hotel. The location and the area around the hotel, however, is a downside. The area outside the hotel to the main roads is isolated and not well lighted at night. And the road to the property itself from the main road is mostly unpaved which reduces its appeal. Hope they can do something about this.

Old they make or seem nicer online the staff replies for any concerns with a delay so if you need something you have to go to the reception to ask for it and to get out of the property then taxis are very expensive they do not offer any transportation to downtown

Beautiful setting and great yoga classes. Staff are super friendly and canā€™t do enough to make sure you have a great stay. We were staying when there was a wedding and think it would be good if the hotel could warn you in advance of that. Food is set menu only.

Absolutely loved this quaint resort! Our bungalow was so quiet and the abundance of foliage was so beautiful! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they really care about your needs. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and surprised us, at our first dinner, with a special Happy Anniversary dessert! When we come back to this area, we will definitely book here again! If you like to swim in the ocean, this is definitely not the place for you. Ocean axis still rocky.You cannot even stand up because of how many rocks are in the way.

I love this little gem of a hotel. Itā€™s a nice alternative if you donā€™t want to stay in a big resort. This was my second time here. I love the beach bungalows. My only complaint is that the mattress was extremely firm.

Amazing place! Staff are extremely attentive. Food at the pool bar and restaurant is superb. We lucked into some songs and a pinata and barbecue feast. Super quiet and lots of Mexican touches. Beach area is great- swimming and snorkeling right there. Lora of bars and restaurants just down the beach.

An amazing property. Our second time here. Family owned and run. Food is authenticā€¦home cooking essentially. We had a cabin which was a nice change from the ā€œbig resortā€ scene. Lady in the buffet line said it was her tenth time hereā€¦which I totally understand.
